Men's Ministry

The purpose of the Men's Ministry is to help men become more like Christ, through the Word, prayer, and encouragement through love. As we seek to accomplish this purpose we want to challenge each other to:

Thrive in our relationships with the Lord.
(Eph 4:13b "That we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.")

Become men who regularly provide spiritual nourishment for our families
(Joshua 24:15b "But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.")

Be vulnerable with each other so we can give and receive both care and confrontation.
(Gal 6:1-2 "Brothers, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.")

Attract others to Christ by the way we live our lives.
(1 Pet 2:12 "Live such good lives among the pagans that. . .they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.")
